Currently, there are no direct public transportation options between El Edén Airport and Armenia. The airport is 13 km from the capital of Quindío, so it is recommended to use authorized taxis and buses or rent a vehicle.
The rental companies are located next to the arrivals terminal. Among the requirements are a minimum age of 23, an identification document, passport, valid driver’s license, and an international credit card.
*These requirements may vary by agency. In some cases, an international driver’s license is required for countries with non-Roman alphabets.
There are several taxi companies available outside the passenger terminal. These include Radio Taxi del Quindío, Flora El Faro, Catorce Catorce, and Coomoquin.
