Currently, there is no public transportation service between the airport and the city of Cali. The airport is located 20 km from the capital of Valle del Cauca, so it is recommended to use authorized taxis and buses or rent a vehicle.
To rent a car, it is necessary to be over 21 years old, present a valid driver's license and a passport. A prior reservation of the vehicle and a valid international credit card are also required.
*These may vary depending on the agency. Sometimes, for countries with non-Roman alphabets, an international driving license is required.
There are two authorized taxi services to and from the airport: Taxi-Asotaba Service and Expreso Siglo XXI, as well as three private bus lines: Rápido Aeropuerto, Líneas del Valle, and Expreso Palmira. These services are located on the first level in the national and international arrivals section. They also depart from the Cali Bus Terminal.
