It is a place where travelers connect with the roots of the Atlantic Coast of Colombia, the Caribbean Museum, located in the Caribbean Cultural Park in the historic center of Barranquilla, Colombia. There, visitors can explore the Macondo media library, specialized in the works of Gabriel García Márquez, and see exhibitions on topics such as music and festivals, literature, indigenous culture, and the region's nature.

It is the first regional museum in the country, with its central theme being the Colombian Caribbean, offering visitors a space to strengthen their identity. This cultural and educational complex showcases the cultural expressions and historical memory of its inhabitants through six rooms, emphasizing the region’s dual belonging, both to Colombia and the Greater Caribbean basin.
