A cultural exchange with fishing communities can be experienced near the municipality of Ciénaga (on a trip that includes both land and boat transportation), in the stilt villages of the Ciénaga Grande de Santa Marta, where the colorful wooden houses and canoes are a vital part of the landscape. One of the villages is known as Nueva Venecia or El Morro.

It is a beautiful place to relax and walk while enjoying nature. It is very well maintained, admission is free, and it is safe for walking. It lacks some signage, but it is a very nice walk. It is very close to the El Cacique Shopping Center. You have to check it out.
The majesty of Chicamocha Canyon never ceases to amaze me, and in Panachi you can enjoy it in all its splendor.
