The typical coffee haciendas offer you the opportunity to learn about the history of our country's main agricultural product. The “coffee tour” is a journey that will teach you different aspects of its cultivation. You will learn about the different types of coffee plants, how to grow it, how to hand-pick it - selecting the best beans directly from the bushes. Likewise, it is possible to learn about the hulling, drying, and storage process, as well as the roasting and packaging of the final product. You will surely be accompanied by one of the typical sunsets of the region that intertwine masterfully with bamboo groves and banana plants.
