With 128 windows and skylights, gold-covered arches, and bells imported from Hamburg, every stone of this breathtaking temple was carried by the residents of El Jardín, who responded to the priest’s call to build it in record time.
Inside, it features three naves with golden arches and a sky-blue ceiling, decorated with twelve angels and a figure of Saint John the Baptist carved in Carrara marble. Additionally, the main altar, the tabernacle, the pulpit, and the baptistery are also covered in this exquisite material.

The façade features two towers with crosses at their peaks, whose roofs are covered in aluminum, giving an imposing shine to this National Monument, which stands out on one side of the park.
