• Wear comfortable, light clothing to accommodate the Colombian Pacific climate, which generally varies during the day. Include not only summer clothes, cap or hat and sunscreen in your suitcase, but also a waterproof jacket in case of rain. Do not forget shoes to walk on the beach and rubber boots to explore the jungle.

• The sunny seasons are usually between January and April, and the wettest are October and November.

• Bring cash, because once you arrive at your accommodations you will not have the option of an ATM nearby.

• If you need to know how to get to Nuquí from Bogotá, you can do it with an airline that has a connection in Quibdó or Medellín. Each journey takes, on average, half an hour.

• Remember to take a private transportation service that picks you up at the airport and can take you to your accommodations.
